In this case, our neighborhood is located halfway between downtown Los Angeles and Santa Barbara, right off the famous 101 Ventura Freeway.  It includes Agoura, Agoura Hills, Oak Park, Westlake Village, the Conejo Valley cities of Westlake, Thousand Oaks and Newbury Park, Moorpark and Simi Valley.  We have sweeping views of the Santa Monica Mountains and we're a stone's throw from the beaches of Santa Monica, Malibu and Ventura.



Our neighborhood is known for its excellent schools, open spaces and parks (Oak Park and Thousand Oaks even have parks just for dogs!), recreation centers for teens and senior citizens, tennis courts and golf courses, great shopping, and an active business community that includes big corporations like Amgen, Dole and Bank of American and hundreds of mom-and-pop businesses.

In otherwords, our neighborhood is a great place to live, play, raise a family and -- when the time comes -- retire.
